How we can help!

Physical Performance Training

We specialize in working with people with a history of neurological disorders and other medical conditions. Fitness plans range from regular in-person sessions to less-frequent sessions with regular check-ins to refresh your exercise plan.

Pilates Private Sessions

Pilates helps to improve physical performance in multiple areas, starting with improving core and overall strength. Pilates can also help to improve flexibility and balance. It is a great option for people with activity intolerance or chronic pain because it is inherently light impact.

Goal Setting: Help defining and working towards lifestyle goals

Research shows making healthy lifestyle changes may help to slow disease progression and improve well being. Lifestyle changes include eating a healthy diet, improving sleep hygiene, fatigue management, and exercise. Forming new healthy habits can be challenging and we will work with you to set achievable lifestyle goals and help to support you as you work towards them.

Balance Screenings

Poor balance can lead to falls and injury and difficulty walking. Balance screenings can help you know if you are at risk for falling, and if so help determine ways to improve your balance.

Home Evaluations

Home evaluations are important for people that have fallen recently at home to identify environmental factors that may contribute to falls. Evaluations also include recommendations for how to modify the home to improve safety and/or strategies that can help a person continue to live safely at home.
