Pilates and Physical Training
Pilates and other types of physical training are ideal for those that want to exercise to improve health, but do not require rehabilitation from injury.
- Pilates is perfect for those that want to strengthen, with a focus on core and control. This is a low impact workout and we are able to modify Pilates so that most people feel refreshed and challenged afterwards.
- Personal training is ideal for people that are interested in:

- Regular sessions are best for people that want close supervision or motivation to keep going
- Intermittent sessions to check in and progress are great for people that like to exercise on their own, but want to maximize their progress
